Returning Your Flexbox Product

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a new Flexbox, you can request a return within 30 days after your delivery. 

Flexbox’s Return Policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

All returns must be approved before proceeding. If approved, an additional return shipping fee of R1000 will be charged, depending on your location.

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery, shipped with the original packaging, and in sellable condition.

Refunds for Flexbox products will be credited back to the original payment method. The refund amount will be the total you paid, minus the original and return shipping fee, handling costs, and restocking fees. Please note that it may take up to 14 days from the time we receive your returned Flexbox product to process your refund.

Flexbox is not liable and cannot take responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.

Flexbox is not responsible for failures or delays in delivery or pick-up due to weather, incorrect address provided, or circumstances outside Flexbox’s control.

If your Flexbox Product is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, Flexbox reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at Flexbox’s sole discretion.
