Every Flexbox sold in South Africa is backed by a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, covering the main body and structure, upholstery, moving parts, kickstands, hydraulic supports, resistance tube anchors, legs, and wheels. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, not instead of them — during the first six months, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a qualifying defect, and from months seven through twelve, Flexbox will repair, replace a component, or replace the unit at its discretion.

The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by outdoor storage, moisture, extreme heat, unstable ground, or rolling the Flexbox over carpet, turf, or gravel. Small handmade variations — like subtle differences in stitching or finish — are part of the craftsmanship of each piece and aren't considered defects.

Your Flexbox is designed for indoor use on firm, level flooring such as hardwood. It can be used outdoors temporarily in dry conditions, but shouldn't be left outside or exposed to rain, direct sun, or extreme heat, and its wheels aren't designed to roll over carpet, turf, or grass.
